We bought 4+ acres on The Grand River and had Cogent Contracting put in a 15' x 775' circle driveway and parking pad. Darin got the driveway in on-time and within our established budget despite drainage and level issues with having a sloped river property. Darin is committed to making sure the job is right. For us, he decided he needed to come back after the driveway was completed and it had rained a few times, to do one more final grade and to make sure there was no puddling or soft spots. We have had bad luck with contractors in the past, so having a contractor suggest an extra step to make sure we are happy and the job is right came as a complete surprise.
